Our 401(k) plan enables consultants to save for the rainy
day. We like our employees to have that sense of security
for themselves and their families and encourage them to save
some of their earnings on a tax deferred basis. As a token
of appreciation of the association with them we match a certain
percentage of their savings. What differentiates most other
companies in the 401(k) matching is our matching as well
as employee’s contribution is vested 100 % from day
one. We do not believe that deferred vesting is a means of
retaining employees like most companies do. We believe that
our employees are our partners and our token of appreciation
by way of matching 401(K) contribution is theirs from day
1.
Paid vacation
Employees are entitled for 14 days of paid vacation in every
calendar year in addition to the public holidays that are
observed at the place of work of the consultant. |
